The Vitality Nutrition Assessment is a 30-minute consultation where you can discuss your specific dietary queries with a dietitian, after which you will receive your Vitality points.

One hour session with a biokineticist in the fitness centre, for targeted strength, conditioning and rehabilitation training.

Choose this option for a first time booking with a biokineticist in our fitness centre, for personalised one-on-one fitness and strength sessions.

This is a 1 hour session with our doctor, in which the client is assessed comprehensively and a management plan is initiated, which may include dietetic and biokinetics/fitness involvement, blood tests and prescriptions as needed.

Once we have assessed you comprehensively during the initial multidisciplinary consultation, we will perform regular follow-up consultations to assess your progress, monitor your health and renew prescriptions.

30-minute consultation as part of an executive medical assessment

The Vitality health check is available to elligible members from the following schemes:

- Discovery health medical scheme (2 assessments per year)*

- Multichoice (1 assessment per year)

- Tsogo Sun (1 assessment per year)

- TFGMAS (1 assessment per year)

*Members do not have to be on Vitality to qualify for a health check

The assessment involves the following:

- Digital health and lifestyle questionnaire

- Weight, height and waist circumference

- BMI and body fat %

- Full lipogram

- Glucose

- Posture and eye assessment

- Voluntary HIV testing and counselling

*Existing clients only* needing a repeat prescription or having a medication-related query.

Requests for new additions to scripts will require a normal consultation.
